RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the package being delivered for STORE CREDIT.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition received. Meaning it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging.

Note: Once return is approved, it must be sent back within 5 calendar days. The item must be unworn and unwashed. If item is shipped back later than 5 days, or looks visibly worn, or smells like smoke or other fragrances the return will not be accepted and no refunds will be given. If the return is not accepted the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping.

Once returned back, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

EXCHANGES

All items are made to order, so they are non refundable.  Because of that we are also not able to accept exchanges.  Once we receive the item back we can only offer store credit.
